Chris is Director of Engagement of the Motor Neurone Disease Association responsible for HR, Learning, Inclusion, Membership, Volunteering and Strategy Delivery. Chris is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, and a trustee of Castel Froma Neuro Care. Previously Chris has been Chair of the National Network of Volunteer Involving Associations, trustee of Volunteering England and NCVO and advisor to the Institute of Volunteering Research. He also has been on the board of local youth volunteering bodies, and several criminal justice and youth justice boards and organisations.
Chris has worked in charity leadership for over 20 years, but prior to that worked in academia, the hospitality industry and avionics.
