Stella Neophytou qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte in 2004 in Audit and Assurance, managing a varied client base from charities to listed companies. She has worked at the Wellcome Trust for the past 17 years with a broad range of experience in financial planning, reporting and monitoring, leading on the financial governance of some of Wellcome’s major initiatives. Stella is currently a Senior Commercial Finance Manager, providing financial oversight and working collaboratively with several areas of the organisation. She also leads on the finance apprenticeship programme.
Stella feels honoured to be joining the NCVO Finance and Commercial Sub-Committee as an independent member as she is passionate about the not-for-profit sector, having volunteered extensively in her local community. In her spare time, Stella enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
