Anne Heal is an experienced non-executive director who currently holds positions at the Office of Road and Rail, Elexon and MOSL, where she is Chair. Anne is a member of the Enforcement Decision Making Committee at the Bank of England and a member of the Regulatory Decisions Committee at the FCA. Previously, she spent more than 20 years in the telecoms sector at BT and Openreach. Anne was a trustee of NCVO as well as interim chair. She chairs Volunteering Matters and is a trustee of Balletboyz, and also chairs the London Design and Engineering UTC and the Governance & Nominations Committee for Diabetes UK. She is undertaking a PhD looking at how effective government mobilisation of volunteers was during Covid-19.
