Nick is an experienced transformation leader with a proven track record of driving cultural, technological and organisational change in complex environments and joined NCVO from IOP Publishing.

As director of transformation at NCVO, Nick oversees the integration of technology, people & culture, data and strategy to build a resilient, people-centred organisation fit for the future.

Nick is Prosci-certified in change management, holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has an MSc in Strategic Quality Management. With over a decade of experience in leading large-scale transformation, he is passionate about ethical innovation and data-driven decision-making, and is committed to helping NCVO, and the wider sector, harness the power of technology while championing inclusive, values-led practices, cross-functional collaboration and supportive environments.
