Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the national charity sector, having dedicated his career to strengthening civil society through collaboration, leadership, and strategic growth.
He’s been a trustee for a local CVS and appreciates the importance of championing grassroots initiatives and community engagement. His work has consistently focused on building meaningful cross-sector partnerships to support and elevate the voluntary sector.
At NCVO, he played a pivotal role in membership growth, leading efforts that welcomed over 10,000 new members during his tenure and significantly expanding NCVO’s network and reach.
He remains committed to fostering a strong, inclusive, and resilient voluntary sector that drives positive change for communities nationwide.
