As membership officer, Josie welcomes new members by verifying and processing membership applications; continuing to build on our 17,000-strong member community.
Josie joined NCVO in 2022, as membership officer. She spent the last six years as a membership administrator at the Royal Horticultural Society and possess a strong background in customer service and hospitality. Whether you’re looking to join or are already part of NCVO’s 17,000 strong membership community, she looks forward to helping you with any query.
Since 2018, Josie continues to volunteer with her local scout group, as a cub leader.
