Our annual general meeting (AGM) and trustee elections

We’ve been looking for outstanding individuals to join our trustee board. Thank you to all our members who submitted nominations.

Voting

This year we have one elected trustee position that NCVO members will be able to vote on. Voting will open in May.

We use Civica to run our election process. They’ll contact members in a few weeks with information on the voting process and the candidates.

We’ll also be opening recruitment for an appointed trustee role in May. Check back for more details.

As part of our commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, we want to strengthen our board to better reflect the diversity of our society. We’ll do this by seeking to elect trustees who bring different backgrounds, perspectives and lived experience, as well as a range of skills.

Election results

We’ll announce the election results at our annual general meeting (AGM) in October.

Submit a resolution for the 2024 AGM

Our trustee board will consider members’ resolutions for the AGM at their meeting on 26 September 2024.

Please send your resolution to governance@ncvo.org.uk with the name of a seconder by Monday 16 September 2024.
