Our trustee elections and AGM are key ways for our members to influence our work.
Documents to read before the AGM
If you’re planning to join us at the AGM, please download and read the following documents before attending on 24 October.
Members will be asked to vote on the information in these documents at the AGM. It’s important you read them and consider how you’d like to vote.
Voting by proxy
If you can’t join us on the day someone else from your organisation can attend and vote on your behalf.
Alternatively, you can appoint a proxy from outside of your organisation to attend and vote for you. The proxy doesn’t need to be an NCVO member – it could be NCVO’s company secretary.

Please return your completed form to us by 17.00 on Wednesday 16 October 2024.
