Our annual general meeting (AGM) and trustee elections

Voting is now open for our trustee elections!

Why your vote counts

Getting involved in our trustee elections is a key way for members to influence the way we work.

With your help, we can make sure we have the best people advocating for the future of the voluntary sector.

About the candidates

There are three candidates to choose from, and one board vacancy to fill.

Each candidate has written a few words about why they think they would be a good choice for the board. Read their statements and find out more about them below.

How to cast your vote

All members eligible to vote will receive an email from Civica election services. This will include details of how to vote via their online platform.

If you have any questions about the voting process, please contact Alex Lonie.

If you joined NCVO after Thursday 23 May 2024 you will not be eligible to vote in this year’s trustee elections. However, you can still book a place at our upcoming AGM (information below).

Election results

We’ll share the election results in the notice for our annual general meeting (AGM) which will take place on Thursday 24 October 2024.

Submit a resolution for the 2024 AGM

Our trustee board will consider members’ resolutions for the AGM at their meeting on 26 September 2024.

Please send your resolution to governance@ncvo.org.uk with the name of a seconder by Monday 16 September 2024.
