Coronavirus: Advice for your organisation

Volunteering and coronavirus: How you can help

Trustees' Week

Trustees’ Week is an annual event showcasing the great work of the 700,000 volunteer trustees who run charities in England and Wales.

As an organising partner, NCVO is delighted to play a role in supporting the campaign.

Trustees' Week 2021

This year's Trustees’ Week takes place 1-5 November 2021.

Whilst charities have risen to the challenges of the pandemic, this has not been an easy time to be a trustee. For many, the last two years have involved very difficult decisions about:

  • resourcing
  • where best to focus for impact
  • how to reorganise the way organisations work.

This has all been happening alongside the further challenges of governing remotely and juggling personal lives.

Trustees’ Week offers us the opportunity to reflect on this journey and look to the future. It's also a moment to take pause and thank those who volunteer their time to lead charities.
