‘Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other’ - J F Kennedy

Are you a leader or do you want to become a leader? Does leading come naturally, or do you suffer from imposter syndrome? What do you think leaders need to know and do? When did you last have a good learning experience? Do you go on courses? Do you read anything? Got a network? Ever learnt from other people’s mistakes, or even your own? Do you ever give yourself time to think about your learning needs as a leader?

This interactive session will explore how we can learn to be leaders, and why learning is key not only to becoming a leader, but also to helping us to keep in touch with the charity world. The session will give you some insights into how best you learn about your own leadership, and how you can help others do the same.
