The argument for a diverse and inclusive workplace is largely settled-as both a means for more effective organisations and as a matter of fairness. Yet why do so many voluntary organisations still struggle to attract both paid staff and volunteers that reflect the communities they work in?

This session will explore possible reasons for this and, more importantly, some practical steps to take to make the most of the deep and wide pool of talent out there.
