How to log in

Our login system allows you to log in to NCVO's main websites with a single account, including:

If you are already registered on any of these sites, you can use your log in on all of them.

If you were registered with our old login system, just enter your registered email, create a new password, and you’ll find all your account information where you left it.

Creating an account

Click the sign in/up button at the top right hand side.

On the 'register' tab, put in your details. Most people use their work email address to log in, although you can use any email address.

You will be emailed a link to verify your email address. Click on this, and you will be logged in to the site.

The site will ask you for some details, such as your name and organisation (this is important to access certain content – see below). Save these, and you're ready to go!

Resetting your password

You can re-set your password from the login page, on the 'sign in' tab. You'll be sent an email.

Joining your organisation

The 'dashboard' is where you control your details. You can add in contact details and your interests.

The most important thing to do on the dashboard is to join your organisation. This means that if you are an NCVO member, you can access the full range of member benefits on our website – including free member guides and discounted publications – or if your organisation has a subscription to Studyzone, you can access this.

Simply go to 'Add' and you can search for your organisation. You can search with name, postcode, or NCVO member number. If nothing pops up at first, it can be worth trying a different variation of your organisation's name. If you're not sure about your membership or would like to know your membership number, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

If your organisation is not already registered, you can create an account for it.

Managing your organisation's profile

Each organisation's profile has a manager (or administrator). If you set up a new organisational profile you are automatically a manager, or you might have been nominated by a colleague. As a manager of a profile you can:

Approve requests to join

You'll receive an email every time someone requests to join the organisation, and just follow the instructions in the email.

Invite colleagues to join

Click on 'dashboard', and 'users' next to your organisation. This will give you the chance to email out an invitation to join the organisation.

Make other colleagues managers

It's a good idea to have more than one manager! Click on 'dashboard', and 'users' next to your organisation. There is the option to promote a colleague to manager.

Remove colleagues from the profile

You might want to do this if they leave the organisation. Click on 'dashboard', and 'users' next to your organisation. There is a 'remove' button next to users names.

Update the organisation's details.

Click on 'dashboard', and 'manage' next to your organisation. A form will come up where you can edit any details.
