You will be working with us to deliver NCVO’s successful PQASSO programme. The quality standard is valued and respected within the voluntary and community sector and social enterprises as it support them to become more effective in what they do.

You organise training, deliver workshops and training, and manage a pool of associates. Using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you engage with assessors and match mentors to organisations. Your experience will give you the confidence to engage and negotiate with a range of stakeholders, internally and externally.

You’ll have strong project management and delivery skills and be used to working under pressure and managing competing priorities and deadline. Combined with a solid background of providing excellent customer care, you are also diplomatic and tactful when dealing with a range of complex queries.

You are highly proficient in a range of IT packages such as Microsoft Office systems and managing databases; you’ll manage our client contacts on our CRM system. You will also have knowledge of the voluntary sector and be familiar with quality standards.
