Are you an experienced administrator with an interest in the voluntary sector, committed to helping us make a difference? If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our quality standards unit to provide high quality administrative and customer service support to the APS quality standard for Mentoring and Befriending projects.
With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you are confident in developing relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels and delivering high quality customer care.
Highly organised and IT proficient, you prioritise your workload and maintain attention to detail. You work well under pressure, both on your own initiative and as part of a wider team.
