Associate Consultant
Simone specialises in governance advice, board reviews and training trustees. She can also provide support in strategic and business development.
Simone has over 30 years of experience working in the charitable and public sectors. The majority of this time was spent working at a strategic and senior management level.
She’s led many large-scale projects, including a World Health Organisation ‘Healthy Cities’ initiative and establishing a cross-sector social prescribing model.
Simone develops strong working relationships with her clients. She’s a qualified coach and mentor and uses these skills to support the organisations she works with.
Simone is an experienced trustee and an advocate for the value of the Charity Governance Code. She's also an experienced trainer, teacher and facilitator and is happy to work online or in person. She holds high level qualifications in the following areas of expertise.
