Howard has over 20 years of experience as a consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach. His background is in psychology, marketing and professional services. He also has general management experience in the private sector.
Howard delivers successful solutions-focused learning, development and capacity-building programmes with individuals, teams and organisations. He advises boards and senior management teams to create value and deliver positive change.
Howard has lived and worked in Europe, Africa and North America. He’s also been a trustee and chair of a UK charity. He holds an MSc in Management and is an accredited Belbin team roles consultant.
