Alex specialises in impact evaluation, theories of change and strategy development, with an emphasis on human-centred approaches.
Alex has nearly a decade of experience as a consultant focussed on impact measurement, strategy development, innovation and governance. They are a seasoned facilitator and project manager with experience working collaboratively across sectors and industries.
They have a led a wide range of programmes, from designing participatory grant-making funds to assessing outcomes of inclusion initiatives and designing impact measurement tools. Their particular expertise is in bringing equity and lived experience into the design and implementation of evaluation and strategy.
With an expansive background in human-centred design and organisational behaviour, Alex has worked closely with leaders across industries and sectors to develop equitable governance practices and innovative strategies.
They have worked closely with organisations such as the Racial Justice Network and the British Film Institute to develop evaluation frameworks that illuminate the impact of their programmes on Black and Global Majority communities and employees. They have also worked with funders and corporate clients on designing equity-centred grant programmes and change strategies.
