Helping unemployed men succeed at interviews through clothes & coaching

The Suit Works is a Sheffield-based charity that provides smart suits for mainly unemployed men who have an interview lined up for paid work or an apprenticeship but have nothing suitable to wear and can’t afford to buy anything appropriate. They offer a unique bespoke service where clients receive quality clothing plus advice about personal presentation and grooming.

They also help boost confidence of especially younger men and give them a chance to see themselves in a different light, to enable them to tell a different story about themselves.

The Suit Works say: “The first 30 seconds of a job interview are critical as employers make up their mind about candidates very quickly, so it is important that they feel confident in their appearance which helps them perform well thus increasing their chances of success.”
