NCVO risk assessment for covid-19 summary

We have carried out a full and extensive risk assessment to ensure the safety and welfare of our staff, tenants and visitors and are continually monitoring and updating this assessment as government guidance changes.

The risk assessment process has ensured that:

  • we introduced additional protections for staff in more front-line positions, for example reception staff
  • we introduced an enhanced cleaning schedule for high touch points in addition to our regular cleaning
  • we encourage handwashing hygiene in line with government guidance and are promoting this via posters throughout our building
  • we have posted signs and are continuing to manage capacities to maintain safe occupancy levels to reduce the likelihood of transmission
  • we are taking all reasonable steps to help and support staff to continue working from home.

We will continue to monitor the situation and make any changes and improvements where we can. The health, safety and welfare of our staff and those who use our building is at the heart of our decision making.
