"It really made me think about how to move forward in my own working life, and what skills I already have and how I can now go on to develop. Brilliant opportunity - keep an open mind and it can throw up all sorts of questions."

"An excellent opportunity – I was a little sceptical prior to the day as wasn't sure how relevant to my work my match would be. However, on the day it became very clear that we both use the same skills but apply them differently."

"It was good to learn about the dynamics of fundraising within the sector. Overall, the scheme was fabulous. It was a 180-about-turn for the way I approach my work."

"It is an interesting way of experiencing the workings of a completely different organisation that I would otherwise never have had the opportunity to experience."

"It was superb, and allowed me to create a really strong connection with a senior civil servant in an area relevant to our work."
